Phacoides (Miltha) sanctaecrucis was named by Arnold (1909) [DISTRIBUTION: Late Oligocene; Pacific Coast, North America.]. It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Miltha sanctaecrucis by Stewart (1947); it was recombined as Miltha (Miltha) sanctaecrucis by Addicott (1973) and Moore (1988).
