Frydiella kaimi

Taxonomy
Frydiella kaimi was named by Krawczyński (2006). Its type specimen is GIUS 4−1136 Jaź−31, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Jazwica Quarry (Lgawa Hill), Dyminy Reef, Set K1 (lower beds)., which is in a Frasnian slope limestone in the Kowala Formation of Poland.

M Krawczyński 2006Diagnosis.—Frydiella gen. nov. is characterised by a turbiniform, anomphalous shell with a moderately high spire and a protruding selenizone, on the periphery of the whorl, with an additional, weak spiral cord.
