Taxonomy
Stenoblepharum striatum was named by Owens (1973) [Stenoblepharum? striatum]. Its type specimen is RM ar 47500, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Kallholn (Kallhäll), Boda Limestone, which is in a Pirgu/Porkuni reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Boda Limestone Formation of Sweden.
