Taxonomy
Decoroproetus bodae was named by Owens (1973). Its type specimen is RM AR 10896, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Boda, which is in a Pirgu/Hirnantian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Boda Limestone Formation of Sweden.
