Decoroproetus (Dalarnepeltis) campanulatus
Taxonomy
Decoroproetus campanulatus was named by Owens (1973). Its type specimen is PMO A 34422, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Osmundsberget Quarry, Boda Limestone Fm., which is in a Katian/Hirnantian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Boda Limestone Formation of Sweden. It is the type species of Decoroproetus (Dalarnepeltis).
It was recombined as Decoroproetus (Dalarnepeltis) campanulatus by Přibyl and Vaněk (1978).
