Embolotherium grangeri

Taxonomy
Embolotherium grangeri was named by Osborn (1929). Its type specimen is Amer. Mus. 26002, a skull (cranium with elongated rostrum), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Urtyn Obo "Middle Red" Beds, which is in an Ulangochuian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Ulan Gocho Formation of China.
