Schuchertia stellata

Taxonomy
Palasterina stellata was named by Billings (1857). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Holotype GSC 1399. It is the type species of Schuchertia, Trentonaster.

It was recombined as Trentonaster stellata by Stürtz (1899); it was recombined as Schuchertia stellata by Gregory (1899), Schuchert (1915), Spencer (1922), Owen (1965), Spencer and Wright (1966) and Dean Shackleton (2005).
