Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
C. C. Mook 1930Mandible very long in proportion to its breadth, the breadth constituting only 29 per cent. of the length, compared with 54 per cent. in L. sternbergii. Undulation of alveolar border slight. Number of teeth greater than in other species, being 28 in each ramus. Splenials just reach symphysis, which extends back to the level of the fifth teeth.
