Taxonomy
Callocallista arnoldi was named by Weaver (1916) [DISTRIBUTON: Oligocene; Washington.]. Its type specimen is CAS 459, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Pitaria (Katherinella) arnoldi by Tegland (1929), Clark (1932), Weaver (1942) and Durham (1944); it was recombined as Katherinella arnoldi by Stenzel et al. (1957).
