Duntroonornis parvus
Taxonomy
Duntroonornis parvus was named by Marples (1952). Its type specimen is OM C.47.31, a set of limb elements (left tarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Duntroon (Kokoamu Greensand), which is in a Duntroonian offshore shelf limestone in the Kokoamu Greensand Formation of New Zealand.
