Geranoides jepseni
Taxonomy
Geranoides jepseni was named by Wetmore (1933). Its type specimen is Princeton University 13257, a limb element (distal end of left metatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is South Elk Creek (Princeton collection), which is in a Wasatchian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming.
