Miocitta galbreathi

Taxonomy
Miocitta galbreathi was named by Brodkorb (1972). Its type specimen is Southern Illinois University no. P 198, a limb element (distal portion of right humerus), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Miocitta galbreathi type locality, which is in a Barstovian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Pawnee Creek Formation of Colorado. It is the type species of Miocitta.
