Urubitinga enecta
Taxonomy
Urubitinga enecta was named by Wetmore (1923). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Thomson Quarry, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial horizon in the Sheep Creek Formation of Nebraska.
It was recombined as Hypomorphnus enecta by Wetmore (1940) and Wetmore (1956).
