Fidera maryae
Taxonomy
Fidera maryae was named by Pojeta and Gilbert-Tomlinson (1977). Its type specimen is UT 94493, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 76. Austral Valley, immediately east of Zeehan Smelters Quarry, Zeehan, which is in an Eastonian transition zone/lower shoreface limestone in the Gordon Limestone Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Fidera.
