Leconychia doylei
Taxonomy
Leconychia doylei was named by Pojeta and Gilbert-Tomlinson (1977). Its type specimen is CPC 15560, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Locality 43. H114*. Foothills of Dulcie Plateua, 1.6 kilometers east of Mt. Ultim, which is in a Darriwilian marine sandstone in the Nora Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Leconychia.
