Runnegaria cuneata

Taxonomy
Runnegaria cuneata was named by Pojeta and Gilbert-Tomlinson (1977). Its type specimen is UQ F 67212, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Locality 15. UQL 2871. 5.2 kilometers by road west of escarpment of Toko Range on road west from Glenormiston Homestead, which is in a Darriwilian carbonate limestone/sandstone in the Carlo Sandstone Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Runnegaria.
