Taxonomy
Pleurotoma radiata was named by Dall (1889) [DISTRIBUTION: Recent; Caribbean.]. It is extant.

It was recombined as Ancistrosyrinx radiata by Woodring (1928); it was recombined as Cochlespira (Ancistrosyrinx) radiata by Woodring (1970) and Hendy et al. (2008).
