Pleurotoma (Drillia) subconsors was named by Böse (1910) [DISTRIBUTION: Early Miocene; Mexico.]. It is not a trace fossil.

It was recombined as Miraclathurella subconsors by Woodring (1928) and Landau and Marques da Silva (2010).
