It was recombined as Lunatia pallida by Ashley (1895) and Eiriksson et al. (2004); it was recombined as Polinices pallida by Hopkins and MacNeil (1960); it was recombined as Polinices (Euspira) pallidus by Marincovich (1977); it was recombined as Euspira pallida by Majima (1989) and Hendy (2021).
