Xenopus arabiensis

Taxonomy
Xenopus arabiensis was named by Henrici and Báez (2001). Its type specimen is AMNH VP 30009, a partial skeleton (skeleton lacking distal portions of anterior limbs and most of the hind limbs), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Ar Rhyashia, which is in an Oligocene lacustrine - small shale in Yemen.
