Luria dominicensis

Cypraea dominicensis was named by Gabb (1873) [DISTRIBUTION: Miocene-Pliocene; Caribbean. Lectotype designated by Pilsbry (1922).]. Its type specimen is ANSP 3003, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Talparia (Talparia) dominicensis by Dolin (1991); it was recombined as Luria dominicensis by Landau and Groves (2011).
