Tellidorella interlacinia

Taxonomy
Tellidorella interlacinia was named by Dockery (1982) [DISTRIBUTION: Early Oligocene; Gulf Coastal Plain.]. Its type specimen is USNM 340460, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is MGS Loc. 89a - Wadell Cave [Mint Spring Fm], which is in a Rupelian offshore lime mudstone/wackestone in the Mint Spring Formation of Mississippi.
