Flexicalymene quadricapita
Taxonomy
Flexicalymene quadricapita was named by Stumm and Kauffman (1958). Its type specimen is UMMP 9916, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Bill's Creek, near Ensign, which is in a Maysvillian/Richmondian carbonate shale in the Bills Creek Formation of Michigan.
