Allognathosuchus wartheni

Taxonomy
Allognathosuchus wartheni was named by Case (1925). Its type specimen is Geological Museum of the University of Michigan Number 8923, a partial skull (posterior portion of the skull, right maxillary region, greater part of the dentigerous region of both rami, and the articular region of the right ramus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tatman Mountain (UM crocodilian), which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming.
