Petalaxis ellesmerensis
Taxonomy
Petalaxis ellesmerensis was named by Bamber and Fedorowski (1998). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is GSC C-179729, S Trold Fiord, Ellesmere Island, which is in a Kashirian/Podolskian shallow subtidal limestone in the Canyon Fiord Formation of Canada.
