Prodinoceras martyr
Taxonomy
Prodinoceras martyr was named by Matthew et al. (1929). Its type specimen is AMNH 21714, a partial skull (Crushed palate and lower jaws), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gashato (AMNH), which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Khashat Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Prodinoceras.
