Cypraea (Talparia) isabella lekalekana was named by Ladd (1934) [DISTRIBUTION: Early Miocene-Pliocene; west Pacific.]. It is not a trace fossil.

It was recombined as Cypraea (Luria) isabella lekalekana by Ladd (1977).
