Plinthokonion psamminon
Taxonomy
Plinthokonion psamminon was named by Landing and Bartowski (1996). Its type specimen is NYSM 15601, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is E-Bar-2.8 - Keeler's Eskimo Bar ice cream stand, which is in a Dyeran slope siltstone in the Browns Pond Formation of New York.
