C. L. Garvie 1996Shell of moderate size, thick and inflated, with regularly rounded whorls. Protoconch large, broadly conical, of three or four whorls initially smooth, the last whorl with a reticulate pattern. Sculpture of narrow, obliquely sigmoid ribs, fine spiral lines, and occasional varices. Aperture half the length of the shcl], obUque; canal short and narrow; inner lip smooth; labrum thickened and smooth.
