Taxonomy
Edirnella sinani was named by Unay-Bayraktar (1989). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kocayarma, which is in an Oligocene channel claystone in the Lignite-Sandstone Formation of Turkey. It is the type species of Edirnella.
