Eurodon silveirinhensis
Taxonomy
Eurodon silveirinhensis was named by Estravís and Russell (1992). Its type specimen is SV2-15, a tooth (Right M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Silveirinha clay pit, which is in an Eocene crevasse splay conglomerate/siliciclastic in the Silveirinha Formation of Portugal. It is the type species of Eurodon.
