Taxonomy
Colpophyllia reagani was named by Durham (1942). It is not extant. Its type locality is UCMP Loc. A-3206 - Observatory Point [Crescent Fm], which is in a Ypresian marine volcaniclastic in the Crescent Formation of Washington.
