Cymatorhiza kittsi
Taxonomy
Cymatorhiza kittsi was named by Olson and Barghusen (1962). Its type specimen is FMNH (CNHM) UR 855, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is KF-2 (Chickasha Formation), which is in a Roadian/Wordian deltaic conglomerate/sandstone in the Chickasha Formation of Oklahoma.
