Natica anderrsoni was named by Strebel (1906) [DISTRIBUTION: Recent; Patagonia.]. It is extant.

It was recombined as Ampullina (Crommium) anderrsoni by Turner (1938); it was recombined as Amauropsis anderrsoni by Pastorino (2005).
