Taxonomy
Paleofavosites kuellmeri was named by Flower (1961). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Franklin Mountains, coral biostrome, which is in a Maysvillian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Aleman Formation of Texas.
