Aturoidea pilsbryi

Taxonomy
Aturoidea pilsbryi was named by Miller and Thompson (1935) [DISTRIBUTION: Paleocene; Atlantic Coastal Plain.]. Its type specimen is ANSP 13137, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Medford (Wister collection), which is in a Ypresian offshore limestone in the Manasquan Formation of New Jersey.
