Wadispirifer grandis

Taxonomy
Neospirifer grandis was named by Archbold and Thomas (1986). Its type specimen is CPC24354, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is BMR FL220, Luluigui Homestead, which is in a Wuchiapingian coastal siliciclastic in the Hardman Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Wadispirifer.

It was recombined as Wadispirifer grandis by Waterhouse (2004).
