Taxonomy
Arroyocrinus brachiatus was named by Webster and Lane (2007) [Holotype now in Los Angeles County Museum; part of Arroyocrinus popenoei Lane & Webster (1966) - p. 41, pl. 9, figs 4,5; text-fig 16 only]. Its type specimen is UCLA 39609, a calyx, and it is not a trace fossil.
