Taxonomy
Pustuloplica papillosa was named by Waterhouse (1987). Its type specimen is UQF 70215 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UQ L4108, Ross Creek Tributary, Cracow Station, which is in a Roadian foreshore conglomerate/sandstone in the Brae Formation of Australia.
