Taxonomy
Eurydesma sulcatum was named by Waterhouse (1987). Its type specimen is UQF 74317, a shell (Articulated shell), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UQ L4825, Rose's Pride Mine, which is in an Artinskian coastal sandstone in the Buffel Formation of Australia.
