Ctenalosia fixata

Taxonomy
Ctenalosia fixata was named by Cooper and Stehli (1955). Its type specimen is USNM 124123a and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM706c, Hess Canyon, Glass Mountains, which is in a Roadian marine limestone in the Word Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Ctenalosia.
