Taxonomy
Uraloceras bichense was named by Bogoslovskaya and Boiko (2002). Its type specimen is PIN 3638/150 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Aktasty River 5020-1-3g, Aktyubinsk Region, which is in an Artinskian marine siliciclastic in the Baigendzhi Formation of Kazakhstan.
