Striochonetes elongatus
Taxonomy
Striochonetes elongatus was named by Afanasyeva (1988). Its type specimen is PIN 2835/275, a valve (Ventral valve, external impression), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Chabardaky River, Lower Delendzhin Horizon, Northern Orulgan, which is in a Roadian marine siliciclastic in the Delendzha Formation of the Russian Federation.
