Stenoscisma purdoni
Taxonomy
Camarophoria purdoni was named by Davidson (1862). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Moosakhail (Fleming coll), which is in a Wuchiapingian marine limestone in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan.
It was recombined as Camerophoria purdoni by Waagen (1883); it was recombined as Stenoscisma purdoni by Fantini Sestini (1965), Grant (1965), Zhang and Jin (1976), Lee and Gu (1980), Li et al. (1986), Angiolini (2001), Shi et al. (2003) and Shen et al. (2003).
It was recombined as Camerophoria purdoni by Waagen (1883); it was recombined as Stenoscisma purdoni by Fantini Sestini (1965), Grant (1965), Zhang and Jin (1976), Lee and Gu (1980), Li et al. (1986), Angiolini (2001), Shi et al. (2003) and Shen et al. (2003).
