Taxonomy
Elivina chapursani was named by Angiolini (2001). Its type specimen is MPUM 8577, a shell (Articulated shell), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is KJ78, Panjshah section, Chapursan valley, which is in a Wordian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Panjshah Formation of Pakistan.
