Taxonomy
Dielasma guttula was named by Waagen (1882). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Amb, lowest beds of compact Middle Productus-limestone, Salt Range, which is in a Capitanian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan.
