Astartella aueri
Taxonomy
Astartella aueri was named by Boyd and Newell (1968). Its type specimen is AMNH 28479, a valve (Left valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is AMNH2010, Beaver Creek, which is in a Kungurian open shallow subtidal packstone in the Park City Formation of Wyoming.
