Bathymyonia nevadensis

Taxonomy
Productus nevadensis was named by Meek (1877). Its type specimen is USNM 668 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is West side of Buell Valley, which is in a Guadalupian carbonate limestone in Nevada.

It was recombined as Bathymyonia nevadensis by Logan and McGugan (1968), Cooper and Grant (1975), Wardlaw (1977), Yancey (1978) and Torres-Martínez et al. (2019).
