Elliottella transversalis
Taxonomy
Psilonotus transversalis was named by Stehli (1954) [Syntypes selected but no holotype designated]. Its type specimen is AMNH 27503/2:1, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and is not a trace fossil. It is the type species of Elliottella.
It was recombined as Elliottella transversalis by Stehli (1955), Cooper and Grant (1975) and Chen and Shi (2006).
