Amphipella attenuata
Taxonomy
Amphipella attenuata was named by Cooper and Grant (1976). Its type specimen is USNM 148102, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM703a, Old Word Ranch, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Road Canyon Formation of Texas.
